Welcome to the session proposal site for the 17th International Writing Across the Curriculum Conference. The conference will be held on the campus of Colorado State University in Fort Collins July 16-19, 2025. You can view the full conference site at https://iwac.colostate.edu/. The conference is presented by the Association for Writing Across the Curriculum (AWAC), which was formed in 2018. We are now accepting proposals for sessions and pre-conference workshops. Please submit your proposals. The expected deadline for proposal submissions is November 15, 2024. If you need more time, please reach out to us at iwac@wacassociation.org.

Getting Ready to Make a Proposal

Creating a proposal involves the following steps.

1. Review the call for proposals.
2. Review the proposal guidelines.
3. View the criteria reviewers will use to rate proposals.
4. Create an account, if you haven't done so yet. This is a brief process that allows us to link your name and email address with the proposals you create.
5. Or login, if you've already created an account.
6. Fill out the form. This is a multi-step process that allows you to create the proposal and then add speakers and/or a file to the proposal.
7. Submit the proposal. This involves clicking on a button.

Expected Proposal Submissions Deadline: November 15, 2024
